Ap3A-Hydrolase Definition
FHIT protein is a 147-amino acid AP3A hydrolase. The FHIT preferred substrate, AP3A (diadenosine 5-prime,5-triple prime-P(1),P(3)-triphosphate), and AP4A have been proposed to have various intracellular functions, including regulation of DNA replication and signaling stress responses. (from OMIM)
