Campath-1G Definition
A rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody directed against the cell surface glycoprotein CD52. It is used in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to prevent graft vs host disease by eliminating T cells via antibody dependent cell cytotoxicity in vivo.
