ESX Protein Definition
ESX, a novel member of the ETS transcription factor family, is a tumor marker exclusively expressed in epithelial cells. ESX contains two putative DNA-binding domains: an ETS domain and an A/T hook domain. (from OMIM 602191 and NCI)
