MOPP-ABV Hybrid Regimen Definition
A non-cross resistant regimen in which half of the MOPP regimen is administered with half of the ABV regimen and is used for the initial treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma. The regimen contains mechlorethamine, vincristine, procarbazine and prednisone (MOPP) and doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine (ABV).
