A monoclonal antibody against the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). EGFR is a tyrosine kinase overexpressed or upregulated in various types of cancer. By binding to EGFR, monoclonal antibody 528 specifically inhibits the activity of the EGFR tyrosine kinase. (NCI04)
