Muscle-Specific Kinase Definition
Called MuSK for muscle-specific kinase. It is a receptor-like tyrosine kinase restricted to skeletal muscle in its expression. Mice lacking MuSK show a defect in initiation of postsynaptic differentiation. (from OMIM)
