Phospholipid Interaction involves temporary non-covalent binding of a molecule through intermolecular physical forces of attraction with a member of a heterogeneous group of water-insoluble aliphatic hydrocarbons that contain phosphorus (phosphoglycerides, plasmalogens, or sphingomyelins), the major form of lipid in cell membranes.
