Expressed in spleen, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine and colon by human DLC1 Gene, cytoplasmic 1091-aa 123-kD RHO-GTPase-Activating Protein 7 is a RHO-specific GTPase-activating protein and activator of PLCD1 that contains a Rho-Gap domain, a Sam domain, and a Start domain and may induce morphological changes and detachment through cytoskeletal reorganization.
