Ribosomal Interaction Definition
Ribosomal Interaction involves temporary non-covalent binding through intermolecular physical forces of attraction with small 120-150A diameter cytoplasmic ribonucleoprotein organelles composed of rRNA and some 80 different proteins that, assembled as a complex (free or attached to the ER), constitute the site of protein synthesis from aminoacyl-tRNAs as directed by mRNAs.
