Repressed by IL-10 and induced by LPS, PMA, TNF, and INF Gamma in liver, lymph nodes, appendix, PBL, thymus, prostate, testis, small intestine, colon, and fetal lung, the human CCL20 Gene product (Intercrine Beta Family), Small Inducible Cytokine A20, is a secreted chemotactic factor for lymphocytes, neutrophils, and dendritic cells that binds CCR6 and may inhibit proliferation of myeloid progenitors.
