TEL-AML1 Fusion Protein Definition
Fusion protein containing the helix-loop-helix domain of TEL, a member of the ETS-like family of transcription factors, and the DNA-binding and transactivation domains of the transcription factor AML1. Encoded by the TEL-AML1 gene, which arises from a chromosomal translocation.
